Ready Or Not...Disasters Happen!! Get Ready at the Tri-Cities Emergency Services Association Emergency Preparedness Fair
TriCity Emergency Services Association
TESA is a working collaborative of all essential service agencies in Fremont, Newark, and Union City that was formed in 1974 to help achieve effective local disaster response planning, coordination, and recovery. Its membership proudly includes all Tri-City police and fire agencies, school districts, hospitals, and other critical utilities.
TESA’s primary objective in organizing this Emergency Preparedness Fair is to help local residents understand the risks they are subject to from a major disaster in our area and to facilitate the preparation necessary to help minimize the effects that disasters can have on the community. A major natural disaster here in the Tri-City area will likely interrupt most essential public services for days or even weeks. Local emergency response and relief workers will be on the scene, but they will not be able to reach everyone immediately. Advance preparation will directly effect how well residents will endure such a disaster.
We would like to encourage your agency to participate in this event.
