CESA (California Emerengency Services Association) Coastal Chapter is holding its quarterly meeting at the USGS in Menlo Park, CA.

Topics include the new earthquake hazard information on the Hayward and Calaveras faults as well as new tools and technology to assist emerency planners and responders prepare for the next major earthquake. Speakers include: Rufus Catchings, David Schwartz, David Oppenheimer, Tom Brocher, and Phil Stoffer. Tom Brocher, chair of the 1868 Hayward Earthquake Alliance, will talk about the “1868 Hayward Earthquake Alliance-Dare to Prepare Bay Area!” efforts.
